Administration
At HKC we administer every aspect of each project. These activities include estimating, planning, work supervision, meeting legal and municipal requirements, payroll, and office administration. Managing these financial and legal responsibilities and maintaining proper insurance coverage protects the property owner from unnecessary liens and other liabilities.
Each on-site superintendent is fully supported by our project management and administrative staff. We often also assign a key man to assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site activities.
Executive Staff
Ted R. Holdsworth II – President
As President and co-founder of Holdsworth Klimowski Construction, Ted Holdsworth’s astute knowledge of business affairs, and the construction market in particular, have been a driving force in the development of HKC’s considerable expertise and solid reputation. Ted grew up in the construction business and takes primary responsibility for the company’s operational management and financial systems. Ted also has direct involvement in HKC’s publicly funded projects.
Bob Klimowski – Vice President
As Vice President and co-founder of Holdsworth Klimowski Construction, Bob Klimowski is a 20-year veteran of the firm. Bob takes primary responsibility for the strategic planning, developing the firm’s mission statement, and overseeing human resources. Bob has excellent technical skills and a very impressive construction management background. He has particular experience in managing HKC’s healthcare projects thanks to his thorough understanding of the complexities of working in highly sensitive areas.
